The Movie: Ronnie Earle, on a Mission from God
By Byron York
A new film featuring Travis County, Texas prosecutor Ronnie Earle as he pursued the investigation that led to the indictment of House Majority Leader Tom DeLay portrays Earle less as a partisan figure than as a messianic leader on a mission to rid American politics of the "evil" influence of money.
"The root of the evil of the corporate and large-monied interest domination of politics is money," Earle says as he takes the filmmakers on a nighttime drive around Austin. "This is in the Bible. This isn't rocket science. The root of all evil truly is money, especially in politics. People talk about how money is the mother's milk of politics. Well, it's the devil's brew. And what we've got to do, we've got to turn off the tap."
Just wondering...if he's interpreting the Bible the way he wants, (the actual quote is "The LOVE of money is the root of all evil" (1 Timothy 6:10) does that make you wonder if he's interpreting law the way he wants?
And what happend to the seperation of church and state? Come on, leftists! You're losing a big opportunity here! This is obviously one of those southern Bible thumpers you used to warn us about that's using political office to advance his personal religious beliefs. Or is that cool now?

Jimmy Carter: Elder Statesman, Child Pornographer
Carter shared two experiences that he said have been most memorable from througout all his travels and volunteer work.
He said he will never forget the image of a young woman holding her right breast, so swollen with the attempted exit of a guinea worm that it “looked like she was holding a baby in her arms.”
The second image Carter recalled was of a young Ethiopian girl’s eagerness to demonstrate that she, like her brother, could use the small latrine their father had made for them.
“She spread her skirt out very carefully and she squatted down to relieve herself.” Carter said.
Carter added jokingly, “We took some pictures of it.”

Cindy al Sheehan Roughed Up By Hitlery's Goons
Cindy Sheehan may be the Rosa Parks of the anti-war movement. But that didn't stop members of the New York Police Department from marching into the crowd of about 150 people gathered in Union Square Monday to hear her speak and yanking away the microphone.
Let me get this right...the poster girl of the American Left visits the Liberal Mecca of the United States on a beautiful, sunny "chamber of commerce" day and can only draw a crowd of 150?
They will continue to lose elections for many years to come.

What's Up WIth The Death Numbers In New Orleans?
Is it more incompetence? Perhaps not just from Mayor Nagin, but the press?
In the early days of his crisis, Mayor Nagin projected 10,000 dead.
Then someone in New Orleans ordered 25,000 body bags (where they got that number, who knows...it's 2.5 times larger than the mayor's figures.)
But as of today, the official death toll is only 150 dead.
What about Mayor Nagin? Is he a liar, or did he just have some "bad intel?
And if the press is wrong about those things, I wonder what else they could be wrong about?

The Cocksucker That Is Mayor Ray Nagin
"I need 500 buses, man," he [Nagin] told WWL. "One of the briefings we had they were talking about getting, you know, public school bus drivers to come down here and bus people out of here. I'm like - you've got to be kidding me. This is a natural disaster. Get every doggone Greyhound bus line in the country and get their asses moving to New Orleans."
While Nagin was waiting for his Greyhound fleet, Katrina's floodwaters swamped his school buses, rendering them unusable.”
Hmmm...so the dregs of New Orleans were too good to ride in school busses, but not too good to shit up the Superdome?

Dub Didn't Drop The Biz-all!
"The Red Cross was reportedly ready to deliver food, water and other supplies to flood-ravaged refugees who were sweltering inside New Orleans' Superdome last week - but the relief was blocked by bureaucrats who worked for Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco.
Fox News Channel's Major Garrett reported Wednesday that the Red Cross had "trucks with water, food, hygiene equipment, all sorts of things ready to go ... to the Superdome and Convention Center."
But the Louisiana Department of Homeland Security, Garrett said, "told them they could not go."
"The Red Cross tells me that Louisiana's Department of Homeland Security said, 'Look, we do not want to create a magnet for more people to come to the Superdome or Convention Center, we want to get them out,'" he explained.
"So at the same time local officials were screaming where is the food, where is the water, the Red Cross was standing by ready [and] the Louisiana Department of Homeland Security said you can't go."
An American Red Cross representative tells Fox News that the Louisiana State Homeland Security Department refused the relief organization permission to take food and water to the Superdome because they did not want to "encourage people to go there."
They State office of Homeland Security wanted to get people out and were afraid that providing support would be a "magnet" attracting more displaced citizens of New Orleans."

Who dropped the ball on Hurricane Katrina?
Not Dub, I can tell you that!
According to the Louisiana Disaster Plan, page 13, para 5:
"The primary means of hurricane evacuation will be personal vehicles. School and municipal buses, government-owned vehicles and vehicles provided by volunteer agencies may be used to provide transportation for individuals who lack transportation and require assistance in evacuating..."
HMMMMMMM!!!!! So it seems everything was executed exactly according to the STATE'S plan that was already in place!!!
How is this the federal government's (ie. Dub) fault again?????

New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, You Are A Cocksucker and a Motherfucker
(I don't mean that in a bad way!)
Still, I axe...why are all these busses flooded in your fair city? Why weren't they used to evacuate citizens? After all, gas was cheaper back then...
