Uh-oh! Boy...You Done Opened A Whole Can of Whoop-Ass!

Journalists' Hotel in Baghdad Attacked

By ROBERT H. REID
Associated Press Writer

BAGHDAD, Iraq

Three massive vehicle bombs exploded Monday near the Palestine Hotel, home to many Western journalists, killing at least 20 people. Dramatic TV pictures showed one of the bombers driving a cement truck through the concrete blast walls that guard the hotel, then blowing up his vehicle.

Iraq's national security adviser, Mouwafak al-Rubaie, said the attack _ which appeared well-planned _ was a "very clear" effort to take over the hotel and seize journalists as hostages.

NOW they've done it! Now they've attacked Western journalists! Who cares about the US military, they've messed with the sacred 4th Estate! These Saddam loyalists are killing reporters so they can't exercise their 1st Amendment right to freedom of the press...haven't they ever heard of that?

Sadly and at last, terrorists may actually get some bad publicity from the US media. After that we should see some good human interest stories about how heroic it is to type out tomorrow's headline, while under a deadline, while under a table.

How many more newspaper reporters have to die in this war before the US media decides to pull out?

Clinton teams with Nickelodeon to fight obesity....Why?

NEW YORK - Bill Clinton is teaming with SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer in a campaign to nudge kids to eat healthy foods and to get up off the couch and move, the former president and Nickelodeon television executives announced Thursday.

Now why in the world would he do that? I thought kids were starving to death in this country? Why would he want kids to eat less if they already can't get enough?

Cindy al Sheehan Roughed Up By Hitlery's Goons

Cindy Sheehan may be the Rosa Parks of the anti-war movement. But that didn't stop members of the New York Police Department from marching into the crowd of about 150 people gathered in Union Square Monday to hear her speak and yanking away the microphone.

Let me get this right...the poster girl of the American Left visits the Liberal Mecca of the United States on a beautiful, sunny "chamber of commerce" day and can only draw a crowd of 150?

They will continue to lose elections for many years to come.

What's Up WIth The Death Numbers In New Orleans?

Is it more incompetence? Perhaps not just from Mayor Nagin, but the press?

In the early days of his crisis, Mayor Nagin projected 10,000 dead.

Then someone in New Orleans ordered 25,000 body bags (where they got that number, who knows...it's 2.5 times larger than the mayor's figures.)

But as of today, the official death toll is only 150 dead.

What about Mayor Nagin? Is he a liar, or did he just have some "bad intel?

And if the press is wrong about those things, I wonder what else they could be wrong about?

The Cocksucker That Is Mayor Ray Nagin

"I need 500 buses, man," he [Nagin] told WWL. "One of the briefings we had they were talking about getting, you know, public school bus drivers to come down here and bus people out of here. I'm like - you've got to be kidding me. This is a natural disaster. Get every doggone Greyhound bus line in the country and get their asses moving to New Orleans."

While Nagin was waiting for his Greyhound fleet, Katrina's floodwaters swamped his school buses, rendering them unusable.”

Hmmm...so the dregs of New Orleans were too good to ride in school busses, but not too good to shit up the Superdome?

Dub Didn't Drop The Biz-all!

"The Red Cross was reportedly ready to deliver food, water and other supplies to flood-ravaged refugees who were sweltering inside New Orleans' Superdome last week - but the relief was blocked by bureaucrats who worked for Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco.

Fox News Channel's Major Garrett reported Wednesday that the Red Cross had "trucks with water, food, hygiene equipment, all sorts of things ready to go ... to the Superdome and Convention Center."

But the Louisiana Department of Homeland Security, Garrett said, "told them they could not go."

"The Red Cross tells me that Louisiana's Department of Homeland Security said, 'Look, we do not want to create a magnet for more people to come to the Superdome or Convention Center, we want to get them out,'" he explained.

"So at the same time local officials were screaming where is the food, where is the water, the Red Cross was standing by ready [and] the Louisiana Department of Homeland Security said you can't go."

An American Red Cross representative tells Fox News that the Louisiana State Homeland Security Department refused the relief organization permission to take food and water to the Superdome because they did not want to "encourage people to go there."

They State office of Homeland Security wanted to get people out and were afraid that providing support would be a "magnet" attracting more displaced citizens of New Orleans."

Who dropped the ball on Hurricane Katrina?

Not Dub, I can tell you that!

According to the Louisiana Disaster Plan, page 13, para 5:

"The primary means of hurricane evacuation will be personal vehicles. School and municipal buses, government-owned vehicles and vehicles provided by volunteer agencies may be used to provide transportation for individuals who lack transportation and require assistance in evacuating..."

HMMMMMMM!!!!! So it seems everything was executed exactly according to the STATE'S plan that was already in place!!!

How is this the federal government's (ie. Dub) fault again?????

It's Official: American Liberals Are Mentally Unstable

Sleep and Dream Patterns of Political Liberals and Conservatives

Who didn't know that? We don't worry about these stupid fucking liberals; we're the ones who have a lick of sense and vote the right way!

Couple this with the fact they're all PEST's. That's Post Election Selection Trauma survivors. According to the American Health Association, PEST's have "feelings of withdrawal, isolation, emotional anger and bitterness, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, nightmares, pervasive moodiness including endless sulking, blah, blah, blah."

When you take that into account, is it any wonder the rest of the country belives that liberals are mentally ill? In fact, they're so crazy, no one is paying attention to them anymore. No one votes for liberal candidates in elections. No one believes a single word the liberal media vomits out and calls news. No wonder they act the way they do.

Latest Sheehanism

"I absolutely think it's [the protest] worthwhile because we've galvanized the peace movement," she said. "We've started people talking about the war again."

WTF? For the past 2 years that's all we've been talking about, you stupid whore. If you think you're responsible for news stories dating back since early 2003, you've confirmed what America already knew. You're an idiot.

John Roberts, Confederate

"When John G. Roberts Jr. prepared to ghostwrite an article for President Ronald Reagan a little over two decades ago, his pen took a Civil War reenactment detour."

"The article, which was to appear in the scholarly National Forum journal, was called "The Presidency: Roles and Responsibilities." Roberts was writing by hand a section on how the congressional appropriations process had evolved."

"A fastidious editor of other people's copy as well as his own, Roberts began with the words "Until about the time of the Civil War." Then, the Indiana native scratched out the words "Civil War" and replaced them with "War Between the States."

Sonofabitch!!! Does that mean we've got Robert Byrd's vote?

You Don't Speak For Me, Cindy

In fact, I've seen the interview with you and Chris Matthews. You can barely put two sentences together.

If you're unemployed and don't have a job to worry about, maybe you can take some time to protest too. But I have a feeling all the good people have jobs, are keeping the country running and don't have time for this idiotic crap.

If you're reading this and are a true progressive, check out Move America Forward. If you aren't, continue to wallow in your hatred and then still lose 5-7 Senate seats in 2006.

Why Didn't Schools Have This Back In My Day?

"According to a report in the Canton Repository, of the 490 female students at an Ohio high school, 65 are pregnant."

Boy, you'd have to be a REAL geek to not have a date for the prom at that high school!

It's No "Heather Has Two Mommies," But It's A Start...

Can you believe this shit? Some people are actually upset that someone would write a children's book called, "Help! Mom! There Are Liberals Under My Bed."

Sure. And up until now books like "King and King" never pissed anyone off, did they? Idiots...

My Theory?

This story is probably about that stupid whore I wrote about who was complaining that $150 per month in free food stamps just wasn't enough to feed her kids and maintain her ass at fighting weight:

Pat, Pat, Pat...What Are We Going To Do With You?

Well, first off, did you fill out your grant paperwork?

"Conservative U.S. evangelist Pat Robertson called for the assassination of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, saying the leftist leader wanted to turn his country into "the launching pad for communist infiltration and Muslim extremism."

It's too bad Pat didn't adapt a stage show where he advocated the assassination of a world leader. I seem to recall that happening a year or so back. There was an off-off-Broadway show that dealt with the many different ways to assassinate President Bush. But the same people didn't get upset. I wonder why? (Nahh, not really!)

This reminds me of the press getting upset over Dub flipping them off. They weren't really insulted by this action, they were just surprised that someone could display something obscene without receiving a NEA grant first.

This Is A Public Service Announcement...Without Guitars!

Just in case you forgot, this is why we need Judge Roberts on the bench.

Isn't it funny how the people who don't bat an eye when land is given to illegal immigrants are the same people who can't understand why liberals keep losing elections?

Exit Strategy Galore!!!

Cindy al Sheehan told reporters she had just received the phone call and was leaving immediately to be with her 74-year-old mother at a Los Angeles hospital."

Well, that didn't take long, did it? Now we can get on with some other manufactured story. It's nice how the press seems to make these things last just long enough for us to get bored with them. Funny how when the polls are low how things change.

Much in the spirit of how leftists support our troops, but not the war; I support Cindy's loss, but not her actions.

Dub's Summer Reading List

Huh? I thought the guy was a dumbass? Now suddenly I learn he can read!

And as a history major myself, I can say it's a fairly interesting read. The book about salt may not be anyone's favorite subject but I applaud the author. This is all stuff we knew about the subject before; he just decided to put it all in a book for us. I'm going to give the Radzinsky tome a try myself...it looks rather tasty! Anyhoo, on to the list!

"The Great Influenza: The Epic Story of the Deadliest Plague in History" by John M. Barry.

Alexander II: The Last Great Tsar" by Edvard Radzinsky

"Salt: A World History" by Mark Kurlansky

Another "Why Isn't The Mainstream Press Reporting This" Story

"Bush shown kissing Cindy [Sheehan] in family pix"

"Online photographs of Sheehans show 1st meeting with president"

Funny, but I've never heard of this story before today? I wonder why?

Terrorists Use WMD Against US Forces

"Al Qaida has deployed bombs laced with toxins in an attempt to increase the lethality of attacks in Iraq, coalition military sources said.

On Aug. 9, the U.S.-led coalition found a suspected chemicals factory in Mosul with 1,500 gallons of chemicals.

A statement by the Multi-National Force said the facility was used to develop bombs mixed with toxins. The statement said Sunni insurgents succeeded in employing bombs that contained toxic chemicals."

Mainstream Media? Where the hell are you? This is the WMD JOhn KErry and Hitlery Clinton told you existed! Why aren't you reporing this?

Is The Confederacy Back In Vogue?

I'm going to do something I've never done before. I'm going to axe a question without knowing the answer to it. Something has been puzzling me for a couple of weeks and I need your help to finger it out.

If the Confederate flag is something to be ashamed of and generally Americans believe it is a racist symbol...then why was "The Dukes of Hazzard" movie #1 in its first week of release and one of the top grossing flicks this weekend?

SAB* At It Again

According to Cindy Sheehan, the world wouldn't have any terrorism if we would pull out of Iraq and if Israel pulled out of Palestine.

I'll tell you what. We'll pull out of Iraq as soon as we're done killing enough terrorists, umkay? And how about if we eliminate Palestinians from Israel? Wouldn't that accomplish the same thing? I mean after all, if all your enemies are dead, you'll have peace, won't you? I think it's time we give peace a chance.

In addition to that horsepiss, she is also refusing to pay her taxes. That's no big deal. If you can sit in a ditch in Crawford, TX for weeks at a time, it's pretty obvious you don't have a job in the first place, so how could you have any taxes to pay?

More Bullshit On CNN

Well, well, well! It seems the liberal wing of America has suddenly grown hymens on their eardrums! All of a sudden, they're offended that Bob Novak uttered a dirty word on live TV!

I seem to remember leftists thought the same word was cute when it was used by a member of the CNN crew to describe the investigation of Karl Rove. What happened? Oh yeah, I forgot. The liberals of America are hypocrites.

Pussyesque Cowards

"In the days after President Bush won a second term, the number of U.S. citizens visiting Canada's main immigration Web site shot up sixfold, prompting speculation that unhappy Democrats would flock north."

"But official statistics show the number of Americans actually applying to live permanently in Canada fell in the six months after the election."

What's up with them? As usual, American liberals are all talk and no action. They fail to put up or shut up. If America is so bad...if Dub is so bad...THEN LEAVE, SUMBITCHES!!! Liberals in America are afraid of their own shadow. No wonder we keep whipping their asses in elections. They don't even believe their own bullshit. At least they're catching on to it. We did that YEARS ago! And they call themselves "progressives!"

Suck on it, bitches!

"President Bush sidestepped the Senate and installed embattled nominee John Bolton as ambassador to the United Nations on Monday, ending a five-month impasse with Democrats who accused Bolton of abusing subordinates and twisting intelligence to fit his conservative ideology."

Democrats, you're as fucked up as a football bat. If you believe Bolton is such a bad guy, why not take the opportunity to vote against him? Wouldn't that be a grand opportunity to seperate yourselves from what you consider an inept administration? Now all you can say is, "Well, you know what? If there WAS a vote, you can rest assured, I would have voted against Bolton." Way to take a stand, idiots.

But like I said, suck on it. Then when you're finished, suck on it some more! And then suck it again! And then...suck it!

Fuck Jimmy Carter

"Former President Carter said Saturday the detention of terror suspects at the Guantanamo Bay Naval base was an embarrassment and had given extremists an excuse to attack the United States."

Let me think...exactly what were we doing to people in Gitmo on September 10, 2001 that caused an extremists to attack us then?

You know what's an embarrassment? An embarrassment would be double digit unemployment and inflation like we had in your presidency, you stupid jackass. Never mind the way you acted like a vagina when dealing with Iran back in the day. If you would have cleaned up, perhaps we wouldn’t be doing this shit right now. Pusshead…

"I now understand more clearly than I ever had before why you won in November 1980 and I lost." - Jimmy Carter speaking to "you-know-who!"

An Exit Strategy for the War...

...that FDR started:

"The U.S. Army will pull out of 13 bases in southern Germany as part of its repositioning of American forces around the world, its European headquarters said Friday."

Hey! What's it been? Only since 1945, right? Now that's an exit strategy the left can live with! Well, I only assume they can live with it...they haven't been complaining about it for the past 60 years...

Leave it to Dub to fix another Democrat's blunder!

Friday, July 29, 2005

Thank you, Mr. President!

Thank you for doing what we've been doing to the mainstream press for about 10 years.

The press tried its best to fuck you since you've been in DC and they just can't do it. Thanks for giving back a little of what you've been getting for 4 & 1/2 years.

I guess some people may be mad that Dub displayed something vulgar without first obtaining an NEA grant...

Illiterate judges

Dear President Bush,

Please nominate justices to the courts who have the reading ability of a 4th grader. Once again, we have a judge ignoring the Constitution’s 10th Amendment. No where in the document does it say that anyone other than the states have the ability to regulate subjects that are not mentioned in the Constitution.

Other than that, you’re doing pretty OK.

Your pal & mine,

Redlenses

Ding Dong, The Troll Is Dead! (Well, Close Enough For Press-Pool Work!)

"Veteran wire reporter Helen Thomas is vowing to 'kill herself' if Dick Cheney announces he is running for president."

I hope this isn't one of those hollow promises like the ones made by the Allman Brothers or the Baldwin Brothers or whoever the fuck they were.

Helen, if you chicken out like the typical leftist you are, please go back under your bridge and continue to harass Billy goats that try to cross without paying first. The world was a happier place then.

How To Grow Your Ass On Only $152 Per Month!

Are you crying yet? Here's your weekly load of crap from some whiny, ingrate leftist. I don't know who it is and don't give a shit.

"So I spent a lovely couple of hours at the obligatorily ugly welfare office today, me and about 200 other moms & kids, waiting to see my worker for my yearly review in order to continue to get my monthly allotment of $152 in food stamps that comes between my family and starvation."

Can you believe this crap? She never thanks the taxpayers for giving her $152 in food stamps each month. Our tax dollars are going to people who won't piss in our mouths if our stomachs were on fire, but they gladly take our money, don't they?

On top of that...do you see the pic associated with that story? Her ass looks like 50 lbs. of chewed bubble gum! It seems that she's making it pretty good on only $152 a month.

Message to Howard Dean: You're killing your own voters! (Not that there's anything wrong with that...)

Howie, you aren't starting to wise up, are you? . The more you kill your own, the less idiots you have to vote Democratic. It's nice to see you realize you need more idiots.

Not that I mind. The fewer future criminals, drop-outs and Democratic voters we have, the better.

Dean Displays Dumbassity

"Howard Dean, chairman of the Democratic National Committee, told a group of college Democrats that their party has to change its approach in the debate over abortion."

Well, well, well! Welcome back from the dead, Howie! And such a fitting topic to bring up since we haven't heard from you in the past month or so. It's either one or the other...you're either for more abortions happening in this country or you aren't; it's as simple as that. You aren't going to suddenly think of a new name to call yourselves that will play in Peroia. Peoria already know's who you are, you sawn-off dipshit.

Fucking Idiotic Bastard

I wonder why no one brought this up before? (Nahh! Just kidding, I know why! I just hope they remember it next year.)

"Rep. Harold Ford, one of the brightest young Democratic lights in the House and a Senate candidate in Tennessee next year, stunned colleagues by endorsing the Supreme Court's unpopular Kelo decision. That ruling permitted a Connecticut city to seize homeowners' property and transfer it to private developers."

"I've always been one to believe that individual rights is a big thing," but added, "there is some real value to this decision."

UN Says WMD Are Missing

U.N. satellite imagery experts have determined that material that could be used to make biological or chemical weapons and banned long-range missiles has been removed from 109 sites in Iraq, U.N. weapons inspectors said in a report obtained Thursday."

I have a question...if the WMD never existed, how can they be missing?

The Newest News Slacker

The Detroit Free Press. According to the story, "The Detroit Free Press will begin random post-publication fact-checking to look for inaccuracies that slip through its editors..."

Does anyone else see a problem with this? Post-publication checking? Why not do fact-checking BEFORE a story is published? And stories are only subject to random fact-checking? That means they clearly aren't interested in publishing stories that are correct all the time.

The funny thing is...the media doesn't even think it's doing anything wrong.

When News Kills, II

Newsweek says it won’t accept the resignation of Michael Isikoff for his untrue story of interrogators who flushed the Koran down a toilet in plain sight of Muslim detainees.

The story set off riots around the Middle East, causing injury to many and death to 17 people.

It seems that Isikoff had a little “bad intell” and people died because of it. Isn’t that something a feller is supposed to lose his job over?

And blaming the Pentagon is laughable. “Well, our source at the Pentagon told us and we figured if they were telling us, then it was true.”

Basically, Newsweek is saying that reporters are more important than the story.

Medicinal Marijuana In Tennessee?

Now's our chance to get out of the 1940's! Tennessee, let's take this opportunity and tell the Feds they have no authority to force us to do what is not bound by the US Constitution. Marijuana, either medicinal or recreational, is not mentioned in the Constitution, so it's a 10th Amendment issue. The decision should be left up to the states to decide for themselves. Fellow conservatives, let's prove that we're are for less government intrusion 100% of the time!

MoveOn v. The Phoenix Group

Here's a link to an interesting article about "The Phoenix Group," who is organizing new, progressive "think" tanks to combat the growing conservative political movement.

Wait a sec...what was that I heard a few months ago about MoveOn "owning" the Democratic party? Looks like there's a little of that dreaded competition! The Phoenix Group now meets secretly about their plans for the party without even informing Howard Dean. "Senior DNC officials were quietly briefed about the meeting in recent weeks. DNC Chairman Howard Dean was aware of it, in part though his friendship with Stein, but one senior DNC source said the organizers “kept that list [of attendees] kind of tight.”

Get ready for the biggest in-fight you've ever seen. We've got the Clintons v. Howard Dean v. MoveOn v. The Phoenix Group! This is the begining of the middle part of the end of the Democratic Party as a national force. If there are this many people tugging at the vocal chords of the Democratic Party, we don't have anything to be afraid of.

Letter to the Editor

I sent this to the Jackson Sun today:

I took a recent letter’s advice and looked up the definition of fascism. I discovered it was born of socialism and Democrats currently support some of its key tenets. It seems fascists are reactionary, making policy based upon current conditions rather than preventing problems. Look at the Democratic policy regarding terrorism or Social Security and we clearly see who the fascist party is. Another example is chauvinism in which no one has equal rights, but there are varying rights based on characteristics such as race or creed. Democrats support Affirmative Action, creating rights for certain people while leaving others out. A third illustration of fascism is a pronounced hate and accepted public disdain of a specific group. At a January 29th press conference, Howard Dean, now DNC chairman said, "I hate the Republicans.” With his leadership, perhaps Democrats can get those other fascist traits checked off their list quickly.

Military Drug Hypocracy II

If you're in the military, you should never take drugs that may cause confusion, hallucinations, paranoia and psychotic behavior. If you do, you may be court martialed for your actions. But if the government MAKES you take these drugs, it's okey-dokey.

TennCare & the Florida Election

Let me get this right...lefties the world over cried like babies when the feds stepped in and did what they did in Florida's 2000 presidental election. But now that they've stepped in and are telling the state of Tennessee that they MUST pay the healthcare costs of 320,000 people...you don't hear a damn word from them. What gives?

...and a soldier shall lead them...

Here's a very interesting article by Lt Col. Tim Ryan, Commander, Task Force 2-12 Cavalry, First Cavalry Division in Iraq. Funny thing...it wouldn't have been written had the MSM (mainstream media) done it's job. This is more proof how they are out of touch with average Americans and it's a very good reason explaining why they lost the election for their candidate.

Does Social Security Need Saving?

Not if you talk to liberals today. Everything is hunky dory. But back in the day (ie, the late '90's) they sang a different tune.

"What should we do with this projected surplus. I have a simple four-word answer: Save Social Security first." - Bill Clinton, 1998 State of the Union Address

"We have a great opportunity now to take action now to avert a crisis in the Social Security system. By 2030, there will be twice as many elderly as there are today, with only two people working for every person drawing Social Security. After 2032, contributions from payroll taxes will only cover 75 cents on the dollar of current benefits. So we must act, and act now, to save Social Security." - Bill Clinton, February 1998

So....does it need saving, or does it not?

Separation of Church & State-izzle, III

If there is a separation of church in the US Constitution...is it appropriate to have a national holiday that celebrates the life of a southern baptist minister? I was just wondering...

Separation of Church & State-izzle, II

Although I didn’t vote for him, I’d like to say thanks to Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen for following the strict adherence to the Democratic Party’s platform of separation of church & state. Many people are aware of the teachings of Jesus and how he told us it was our responsibility to take care of the poor and not the job of government. When Bredesen cut 320,000 people from the rolls of TennCare he gave the clear signal that the state will not prop up religion. The government’s use of tax dollars to take care of the poor is a clear endorsement of Christianity, which flies in the face of what our founders had in mind. Thankfully in 2005, we have a leader who refuses to force religion down our throats and will not use our tax revenue to legislate morality.

Iraqi War/Tsunami Hypocracy

Why have we not heard cries of "what is the plan for the tsunami relief effort" or "how long are our troops going to be there?" I'd also like to know how the left will react when (I don't have a death wish here, but this is inevitable) military members die due to the relief effort? Will they say it's just not worth it-that one person dying is too many and that we should pull out? Will they ask how many members of our military must die before relief is established? The reason I ask is...Saddam Hussein killed millions of people, but we shouldn't be in Iraq because of it. Only a few hundred thousand died in the tsunami, it's no big deal...right?

Military Drug Hypocracy

As a retired member of the armed forces, I have firsthand knowledge that the US military is the greatest force that has ever been on the face of the earth. However when they do crap like this, it makes me cringe.

It seems the military wants to stop drug problems before they start with the forces in Afghanistan and Iraq by increasing drug testing.

The problem I have with this is twofold. First, I have to ask...what will happen if a person comes up positive for an illegal drug? Will they be sent home?

Next I have to wonder how many soldiers who have told their commanders they are gay (no matter whether they are or not) are continuing to serve in combat zones? How many amputees have been returned to the fighting? If you can lose a limb and still go back, I don't see what the incentive is to be a member of the armed forces in Iraq and remain drug-free. I have to point out the hypocracy of the military, especially the Air Force (my former branch). The military has no problem giving it's members performance enhancing drugs when the military would benefit.
