Illiterate judges

Dear President Bush,

Please nominate justices to the courts who have the reading ability of a 4th grader. Once again, we have a judge ignoring the Constitution’s 10th Amendment. No where in the document does it say that anyone other than the states have the ability to regulate subjects that are not mentioned in the Constitution.

Other than that, you’re doing pretty OK.
