Not Dub, I can tell you that!
According to the Louisiana Disaster Plan, page 13, para 5:
"The primary means of hurricane evacuation will be personal vehicles. School and municipal buses, government-owned vehicles and vehicles provided by volunteer agencies may be used to provide transportation for individuals who lack transportation and require assistance in evacuating..."
HMMMMMMM!!!!! So it seems everything was executed exactly according to the STATE'S plan that was already in place!!!
How is this the federal government's (ie. Dub) fault again?????

One thing is for sure.: The NYC police, fireman and 1st responders, mayor and the state's governor showed the world how to hndle a crisis. The NO police, etc are a disgrace. Where were they? Mayor Nagin and Gov. BLanco should resign immediately.
